This page explains what information Omnifit collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
This notice covers this website only. If you go on to consult our doctor or join a programme, you will be given a separate, fuller notice covering your medical information before any health question is asked.

What we collect, and when
When you simply browse the site
We collect basic technical information — the pages you visit, roughly how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and an approximate location based on your internet connection. We use this to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
When you check your eligibility
The eligibility form asks for your name, phone number, email address, city, height, weight, and whether you have been diagnosed with a condition such as Diabetes, Thyroid, PCOS or high blood pressure.
We ask for these so we can tell you which of our programmes might suit you, and so the doctor has a starting point before your consultation. We do not use this information to advertise to you. It is never used to build advertising audiences and it is never shared with Facebook, Google or any advertising platform.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we keep that conversation so we can help you and so we remember what was discussed if you contact us again.
Where your information goes
Information from the eligibility form is sent to a private Google Sheet that only Omnifit staff can open. Access is limited to the people who need it, and it is not shared publicly or with any other company.
WhatsApp conversations are held in WhatsApp Business, which is operated by Meta.
Who can see it
Only Omnifit staff who need it to do their job — the team member who contacts you, and the doctor who assesses you. Nobody else.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your health answers to target ads at you, anywhere.
How long we keep it
If you enquire but do not join a programme, we keep your enquiry for up to 24 months, in case you come back to us. After that we delete it.
If you join a programme, your information moves into your medical record, and that is covered by the separate notice you will be given at that point.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to understand how people use this site — which pages they read, and where they arrive from. We may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for this.
These tools never receive your health information. Our website is built so that your weight, height, and any condition you tell us about are technically blocked from being sent to them. That block is written into the code, not just into this policy.
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. The site will still work.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing messages
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@omnifit.in and we will act on it. We aim to respond within 30 days.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Age
Our programmes are for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, please tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
